How text reminders work
After you explicitly opt in to SMS reminders, Ringback lets you select Text or Call + text when creating a reminder. The message is scheduled for your selected time and is sent only to the verified phone number associated with your Ringback account.
SMS consent and opt-out
Text reminder consent is not required to create or use a Ringback account. You can turn SMS reminders off in account settings, and supported text messages also provide STOP and HELP handling.
Use calls and texts together
For a reminder you particularly want to notice, choose both. Ringback tracks the outcome of the call and text separately and charges only for successful components according to the current pricing.
