If you enable call retries, each connected call attempt is billable at the call rate; attempts that never connect are not charged. Prepaid credit
Ringback uses a prepaid balance rather than a recurring subscription. Current top-up options are $10, $25, and $50.
What counts as successful?
Text alerts are billed when accepted for delivery under Ringback's delivery-status logic. Phone calls are billed when they connect. Your recent alert history shows delivery status and the amount charged.
No subscription to cancel
Because Ringback uses prepaid credit, there is no monthly plan required to keep an account. You use your balance as you schedule and successfully receive reminders.
